They love overnight successes (which never truly are).

But most importantly, they appreciate the process that makes a project seem easy.

That means when you don’t show your journey, you’re missing out on customer satisfaction. To watch the process is what makes it all seem easy.

The destination may seem obvious, but it’s more exciting than a surprise.
