Now more than ever we’re seeing the brands that clearly created an abundance of value before they were forced to temporarily close or shift all interactions online/delivery.

We’re all faced with asking ourselves, “Would we miss this if it were gone?” And if the answer is yes, we’re supporting the business however we can.

The reality is that the businesses that are being supported now are the ones who had been asking the question to themselves from the git-go. “Would they miss this if it were gone?”

All the more reason to bake the value-add in sooner than later. When “later” hits, it might just be too late. And we’re about to see what that looks like in the coming weeks for businesses that put it off.

No need to sign off asking you to support those you care about; no doubt you already have because you know “I’d miss this if it were gone.”
