It’s worth catching up with the team, understanding where they’ve been and how they got to where they are now. What discussions they’ve had that led them to where they are; to connect with them on the challenges they’ve already faced.

To change things up, you need to be trusted. To be trusted, you have to catch up.

The reality of our days is that we’re not all in enough.

We’re sorta there in conversations.

Kinda paying attention in meetings.

A little bit focused on the task in front of us.

But that’s not how magic happens. It’s not when luck shows up. It’s not how to build momentum or find meaningful results.

Giving it your all isn’t hard, when we think about it, either.

We already have something in front of us, already engaged, already have our toes dipped in.

A leader understands and activates the power of a group instead of its individuals one by one.

Yes, a community needs to feel like a community, but they also need to be reminded.
