
A community that doesn’t know it’s a community tends to fall apart.
That’s one of the many reasons a leader is needed.
A leader reminds members that they are a team.
A leader communicates to outsiders that there’s a group of strong and connected insiders (and the insiders see this happen).
A leader understands and activates the power of a group instead of its individuals one by one.
Yes, a community needs to feel like a community, but they also need to be reminded.
