We all have 24 hours in a day and to an extent, we control what that time is filled with.
Time, in terms of your bandwidth to take on, lead and deliver projects is somewhat paradoxical.
You’ve likely heard about Parkinson’s law…work expands so as to fill the time available for its completion.
Equally as important to note, though, is that unexpected circumstances will arrive to fill a void in time if you don’t.
All the more reason to pack your calendar, build your to-do list and push yourself (and time).
