People don’t often make drastic jumps in behaviors or purchases.
They change lanes – not three or four at a time, but one.
It’s important we know what are people moving from when they choose your business or brand.
That way 1. You can seek more of them and 2. Know when a change to a product or service will also mean a change in who it will appeal to.
Knowledge is (horse)power.
