Everyone is struggling, fighting their own battle.
They have bosses breathing down their neck and friends putting pressure on them.
They have high hopes and hiccups throughout the day.
They’re trying to make a difference, get their work done and put some meaning into the world.
The best we can do is ask ourselves what we can do to make the life of the person we’re interacting with easier.
It forces us to put ourselves in their shoes, have empathy, and understand the world they’re working to make a difference in.
Only then can we really begin to make things easier.
