
When a guest asks for a recommendation (or any kind of information), they not only want an answer, but they also want confidence and reassurance with it. Weaving it as a story will make their day, too. They could benefit from a little insider information, too-perhaps hearing what you would buy if you were in their position.
If you listen closely enough, you’ll hear that guests want more than just a recommendation.
