At your next meeting or brainstorm:
- list five things that could go most wrong
- call out the thing that would result in not meeting the deadline
- talk about the actions or behaviors that would hold the project back
- share your biggest fears about the work
When we address all the stuff we so often ignore, it gives us nowhere to hide.
And when there’s nowhere to hide then all that leaves is the work worth doing.
