It’s an important person to have around.
For whatever reason – by default – we don’t push ourselves as much as we can. It’s likely why we’re so attracted to communities, groups, tribes; it’s others we know who will bring out the best in us.
The real challenge, of course, is on us to go out and find those who will get us to go further than we thought we could.
And maybe even more challenging, is to let go of those who won’t.
