There’s not really a better friend or colleague that you can ask for than one who acts as your bullshit detector, as your “that’s wrong” caller-outer, as the one who’s willing to point out your mistakes.
Without them you’d always be right, and always being right keeps you going in circles.
Find someone who you can trust to tell you when a number is wrong or an email or a story.
They’re essential to you getting better.
