It might be a one-time discount or an additional gift.
It might be a connect you offer or simply lending your ear.
Though the truth remains that with any interaction (and transaction!), there’s an opportunity for a personal touch.
It may not be written in the guidebook and you may not get a pay raise because of it; but it certainly makes both parties feel better.
