“What’s the ROI on social media?”
“Why are sales saying the leads aren’t good?”
“Can we target everyone in this segment?”
“Do we really need a landing page for this?”
“Why isn’t this getting more engagement?”
Instead of answering right away, follow up with: “Why do you ask?”
This one follow up question is how marketers stop answering the question on the table and start answering the one underneath it.
