I’ve come across two types of people who say they love what they do.
There’s the person who fakes it to make it. She convinces herself that she loves what she does. You can’t argue that she doesn’t love what she does, but you can pick up on signs that she has to work to love it.
The other person? Love for the work comes naturally. It’s not about listing all the reasons they love it; it’s about wholeheartedly and genuinely saying “There’s nothing I don’t love about what I do.”
It’s worth confirming that you truly fall in the latter group.
